This role is critical in developing data-driven pricing solutions that align with client needs and the firm's financial objectives, involving responsibilities such as developing pricing proposals and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop budgets, rate proposals, and alternative fee arrangements in response to client RFPs and pricing requests
Draft clear, persuasive, and professional pricing proposal language
Partner with stakeholders across Business Development, Client Agreements, Billing, and Matter Management teams
Perform financial modeling and data analysis to support strategic pricing initiatives
Extract, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources to inform business decisions
Serve as a trusted advisor to lawyers and internal stakeholders on pricing strategy
Deliver exceptional internal and external client service
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and build pricing expertise

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial analysis or pricing
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of financial modeling
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SQL experience a plus
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
