Acts as a team player in leading Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and retention of a superior workforce
Oversees and coordinates Associate of the Quarter, Leader of the Quarter, and Associate of the Year recognition programs, to include gathering nominations and overseeing campus selections
Coordinates and oversees service award celebrations to include campus celebrations and ministry-based events
Run reports as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1-2 years' experience in Human Resources preferred
2+ years' experience in a professional setting
