Qualification
Required
Experience collaborating with Product Specialists to meet testing and validation requirements
Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues effectively
Excellent Communication Skills for conveying complex information clearly and effectively
Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service to address client needs and concerns
Knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to communicate technical details effectively to a non-technical audience
Proven experience in product validation and testing, preferably in the electrical or related industry
Ability to work in a hybrid role with flexibility for onsite and remote work
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
