Mobility Support Specialist/Analyst (On W2)
Peer Consulting Resources Inc. is seeking a Mobility Support Specialist/Analyst to join their MDM team. The role involves supporting, managing, and troubleshooting mobile devices on IOS and Android platforms, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with service providers.
Responsibilities
Mobile device troubleshooting
Mobile device replacements
Application testing and installing
Inventory tracking and quality control
O/S updating and vulnerability device patching
Assign permissions, access rights, and roles on Workspace ONE
Assist users in setting up apps on IOS or Android devices enrolled on the MDM platform
Show comprehensive technology experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Authenticator, Excel and other complementing skills
Provide Excellent Customer Support
Install, upgrade, configure, test, maintain and support operating system software in a fast-paced environment
Implements and maintains mobile device management solutions
Take on projects with little supervision
Troubleshooting tickets that have been escalated from help desk
Qualification
Required
1+ Years of Experience
Support hardware and software on IOS & Android mobile devices
Managing, maintaining support, and troubleshooting all end clients' mobile devices
Assigning and keeping track of mobile devices with SERVICE NOW
Using Workspace ONE to push and manage applications on mobile devices
Ensuring all devices are in compliance with the correct policies and procedures
Collaborating with service providers and the helpdesk
Mobile device troubleshooting
Mobile device replacements
Application testing and installing
Inventory tracking and quality control
