Inventory Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities
Execute and enhance inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system health monitoring, in-place shipments, and overall material compliance
Manage incoming and outgoing material transactions, ensuring accurate processing and documentation within SAP (PRISM/APEX/SQVI)
Apply MRP/ERP principles to support effective decision-making and maintain data integrity
Conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve discrepancies
Perform inventory forecasting and trend analysis using metrics and analytical tools to strengthen accountability
Support audits and assessments (PMSA, CSA, and customer reviews) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
Develop, analyze, and report system health and performance metrics; identify and implement process improvements
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure objectives and commitments are met
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to promote process discipline, standardization, and compliance
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and overall inventory performance
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience
Experience with either Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, and or Supply Chain
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Experience in supply chain analytics or computer science applications
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
