Responsibilities

Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications. Customize modules, workflows, and blueprints, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decisions

Deluge Scripting: Use Zoho Deluge scripting to create and maintain automation scripts that streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks

Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement workflows and blueprints to improve efficiency and ensure process consistency

Business Requirements: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and reports

Documentation: Develop a data dictionary to serve as the control center for all organizational terms, formulas, and KPIs

Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ensures accuracy and consistency in configurations, workflows, and reports

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field
