Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise-level Active Directory and Single Sign-On (SSO) environments (on-premise and AWS cloud)
Act as SME for Active Directory (2016/2020) including domain controller operations, replication, GPO, sites & services, and automation
Administer, secure, and troubleshoot Ping Identity solutions (PingFed, PingID), SAML, SSO, OAuth, LDAP, OIDC, and Okta (plus)
Provide direct customer support via channels such as Slack with autonomy
Design, document, and implement identity & access management (IAM) solutions, including detailed architecture and standards documentation
Develop and maintain automated solutions using scripting (PowerShell, Python, YAML, etc.), pipelines, and serverless computing on AWS
Lead or participate in the resolution of complex/high severity incidents and continuous improvement initiatives for authentication services
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technology solutions for internal stakeholders
Analyze and improve the security posture and operations of authentication and directory services
Qualification
Required
9+ years of overall IT experience; 4+ years in cybersecurity or IT
5+ years managing and securing enterprise Active Directory environments
5+ years cloud infrastructure management (AWS EC2, CFT, etc.)
Strong experience with Ping Identity (PingFed/PingID); Okta is a plus
Advanced scripting (3+ years PowerShell, YAML, Python, etc.) for automation
3+ years in ADDS engineering/operations, Identity Lifecycle Management
Familiar with SAML, SSO, OAuth, LDAP, OIDC protocols
Experience with Splunk, New Relic, observability, and compliance tools
Familiarity with DevOps/CICD pipelines, Git/version control
Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager, Radiant Logic, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services 2016/2020, including replication, sites, GP, DC management
Preferred
Preferred certifications: AWS Solutions Architect and/or Microsoft SC-300
Strong financial industry background preferred
