Senior LevelSummit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Remote Data Integration and Reporting Lead to support one of their largest customers in Richmond, VA. This role involves sourcing large amounts of data from SQL databases and leveraging Databricks to build reporting solutions.

Responsibilities
Design and develop dashboards and reports to highlight redundancies and improve data clarity
Collaborate with business teams to define reporting needs and ensure actionable insights
Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly
Experience with Databricks, data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Qualification
Required
Analyzing and integrating large datasets from SQL Databases
Experience with Databricks, data modelling, and ETL to build reporting solutions
Designing and developing dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau
Must have cloud experience preferably with Azure
