Reclectic is relocating its team to a new location in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, and is seeking Sales Associates to join their team. The Sales Associate will contribute to driving sales by maintaining organized product flow, assisting with customer transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions

Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store

Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier

Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others

Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team

Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things

Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment

Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer

Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product

Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
