Responsibilities
Architect and implement enterprise-scale ML and MLOps solutions that drive innovation and business intelligence
Own end-to-end machine learning projects with high complexity and scale, leveraging enterprise data platforms
Design, build, and deploy ML models from proof-of-concept through production optimization
Lead experimental design initiatives while maintaining engineering rigor and best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of strong engineers
Drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, innovation programs, and architecture governance
Champion MLOps best practices including model monitoring, retraining strategies, and cost optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify ML opportunities in pricing, product recommendation, supply chain, and shared services
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in designing ML models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments
Strong understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and bias testing
Theoretical and practical knowledge in developing regression, classification, and time-series models
Experience applying ML to business domains including pricing, product recommendation, and supply chain optimization
Proficient in MLOps and DataOps using MLflow, Kubeflow, and CI/CD pipelines
Expertise in model monitoring, deployment strategies, and production optimization
Experience with Python, SQL, and model-serving frameworks
Skilled in building scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture and AI/ML services on GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP highly preferred)
Experience with Vertex AI for scalable ML pipeline deployment
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in distributed systems
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and integration patterns
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related technical field
7-10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and ML Operations
Proven leadership in designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-native AI and data platforms
Track record of driving enterprise-wide technology strategy and innovation programs
Expertise in both experimental design and production engineering
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with semantic search, vector databases, and graph technologies
Knowledge of modern AI architectures and frameworks
Cloud Architecture certification (Google Cloud Professional Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect)
Artificial Intelligence certification (Google Cloud, Vertex AI, or equivalent)
