Responsibilities
Lead electrical commissioning activities, including system energization, breaker/relay testing, and loop checks
Supervise electrical technicians and interface with vendors, engineering, and construction teams
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide quick, effective solutions
Maintain commissioning documentation, test reports, and turnover records
Collaborate with other discipline leads for integrated system turnover
Enforce electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols
Qualification
Required
15+ years of electrical commissioning, construction, or power generation experience
Demonstrated commissioning experience in gas or power projects
Strong background in medium/high-voltage systems, switchgear, transformers, and protective relays
Proven leadership of electrical crews in a commissioning environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight schedules
Commitment to safety and quality
