Experience with Docker and the Docker File specifically to ensure it will build and run not only locally but in AKS
ADO Yml pipelines experience
GHA yml pipeline experience
AKS yml config experience
Git experience to work with repo files
CloudSmith Experience
Hashicorp Vault . Not extensive knowledge but able to understand how it works from secrets perspective
GitHub & GitHub Actions experience
Experience with making whatever application to be moved run. (Like do they know Java enough to get it running locally and in AKS? Or .net or node. Kind of important to know how to run things locally to ensure it runs correctly in AKS, so experience with that language is helpful.)
Might need multiple IDE experience
