Responsibilities
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws
Review peer tax returns and accounting
Accounting, creating Trial Balances. Looking over General ledgers, etc
Analyze financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and other relevant data to determine tax liabilities
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Ultra Tax to manage client accounts effectively
Provide guidance on financial concepts and tax strategies to clients, helping them make informed decisions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes in legislation that may affect clients
Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring all financial records are accurate and organized
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency
Ability to stick to time budgets and turning in clean and accurate work to review
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in tax preparation, Reviewing and public accounting is required
Candidate should have their CPA or in the works of obtaining the certification
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's (Required)

Detail review of tax returns completed by other staff members (NOT self review)
