Responsibilities
Create and manage orders in SAP and internal systems to meet customer requirements
Monitor Customer order portals, EDI releases, and coordinate with Automotive engineers to process new orders
Coordinate shipments among customers, plants, and internal warehouses in alignment with R&D, project, and customer schedules
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor shipment progress, providing regular status updates
Oversee the Auburn Hills R&D warehouse, including inventory tracking, inbound/outbound processing, and scrapping of obsolete tires
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and implementing new or improved workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree OR 2+ years related professional experience
Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset, responding professionally and clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated with end-to-end accountability for the DEO process, including follow ups, status updates, and timely closure of open items
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Office (Excel, Power point, 365...)
Knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse & Transportation Management
