Responsibilities
Command Devin’s schedule, inbox, and priorities — if it’s on the calendar, it’s because you put it there
Research, organize, and keep projects moving from idea to execution — we can count on you to drive projects from 'what if' to 'it’s done.'
Book premium travel and coordinate event logistics — you manage flights, find the best hotels, and plan the experiences in between
Curate and maintain the penthouse like a five-star residence — it runs flawlessly, looks elevated, and resets itself under your watch
Manage all errands, returns, pickups, and sourcing with precision and taste, ensuring Devin’s personal life runs with the same excellence as the business
Coordinate personal appointments and scheduling end-to-end — health, wellness, reservations, and everything between
Qualification
Required

Live within ~30 minutes of downtown Austin and have a car for local errands
