Responsibilities
Lead the full accounting cycle, including general ledger management, AP/AR, payroll, intercompany activity, and multi-entity consolidations
Own financial performance across business units through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
Oversee month-end and year-end close, audits, and external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Build and maintain strong internal controls, compliance processes, and accounting policies
Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost management, and KPI development
Manage tax filings, intercompany accounting, and cash flow oversight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including multi-entity consolidation and P&L management, public accounting experience preferred
Proven leadership ability with experience developing and guiding teams
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, compliance requirements, audit preparation, and internal controls
Strong analytical capability in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
Excellent communicator able to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Willingness to travel approximately 10% to support oversight of multiple legal entities
