Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach
Conduct sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to present products/services
Identify customer needs
Manage and update CRM systems in Zoho to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress
Collaborate with marketing and sales engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience or interest in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
An understanding of CRM software and virtual communication tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Commitment to providing outstanding customer experience and building lasting client relationships

Preferred

Familiarity with Software Development and Sustainability Practices
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
A proven track record of driving results and achieving ambitious sales goals
An openness to innovative sales techniques and an understanding of modern sales processes and technologies
Experience with sales automation tools
Analytical mindset for understanding customer pain points and market trends
