Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation
Create and refine engineering standards and detailed specifications
Analyze performance data to detect patterns and guide design and reliability improvements
Author test procedures from product requirements and execute verification activities
Maintain requirements traceability and verification across the project lifecycle
Troubleshoot cross‑discipline issues and optimize system performance with partner teams
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations
Engage in ongoing training and capability development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
3–5 years of experience in systems or controls engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Capable of working independently while offering technical guidance
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with systems engineering methodologies and lifecycle management
Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools
Prior work on global, cross‑functional teams
Quality Control Experience
Quality Control Data Analysis
Network Connectivity Experience (TCP/IP, SDWAN)
