ServiceNow Product Manager
iTech AG is seeking a Product Manager to support their federal client. The role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining the program backlog while collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing SAFe Agile methodologies, and managing a team of product owners.

Responsibilities
Consistently engages and collaborates with architects, the government client, customers, and the backlog team to define and prioritize features, determine the best solution to be implemented, and communicate the path forward
Facilitates and executes backlog refinement sessions with architects and the government client
Serves as the People Manager for 3 of the team product owners where the company's performance review policies will be applied
Supervises 1 of the team product owners to ensure that they are fulfilling their everyday role tasks; provides feedback to their employer on an as needed basis
Active member of the leadership team who collaborates frequently with the other managers with the client and internally to provide backlog updates and to brainstorm and implement process improvements for the program
Engages with the ServiceNow Product Team as needed to gather out of the box requirements and to gain awareness on the product roadmap associated with our program
Prepare all 4 Scrum Teams for the PI Planning event by obtaining approval on all backlog features and assigning them to the teams accordingly
Utilize JIRA and Confluence to effectively manage the backlog items and processes related to product owners and product managers
Responsible for utilizing Jira to extract a backlog export that is due to our government client 2x/week
Attend team iteration reviews to ensure that the planned delivery aligns with the intended customer requirements
Present upcoming features to customers to ensure they are always aware of impacted changes and new enhancements available to them
Facilitate monthly customer and internal intake meetings to discuss and determine if newly submitted intakes should be added and prioritized in our backlog; processes the approved items and meeting notes in Jira and Confluence
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, working with agile software teams
Experience utilizing SAFe methodologies for agile delivery of business systems and applications
Experience collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
Outstanding presentation and leadership skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Including a proactive disposition toward identifying problems and providing solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Bachelor's degree or higher
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Pursuant to a government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred
Certified SAFe® Product Manager/Product Owner
Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation projects
