Capital Projects Coordinator
Campus Apartments is a company dedicated to providing a higher standard of living for students since 1958. The Capital Projects Coordinator will support Capital Projects Managers with administrative duties related to project management, including planning, budgeting, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assist in defining project scope, developing budgets, cost estimates, and preparing documentation like RFPs
Act as a liaison between internal teams, external consultants (architects, engineers), contractors, and stakeholders; schedule meetings and present updates
Monitor project spending, track expenditures, process invoices, and provide financial reports
Assist with contract administration, bidding processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement rules
Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure milestones are met
Oversee construction to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and regulations; resolve conflicts and manage change orders
Maintain project files, prepare status reports for management and boards, and support data management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two years of related experience required
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
