They are seeking a hands-on Market Operations Manager to oversee retail store operations in the Cincinnati market, driving sales and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Hire, train, and support store managers and staff
Drive sales growth to meet or exceed market goals
Manage inventory levels and minimize loss
Ensure top-selling seasonal items are always in stock
Oversee product distribution and coordinate transportation priorities
Visit all market stores at least twice per week to ensure operational standards
Collaborate with the Cincinnati Production Manager for efficient yard and transport operations
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in retail or operations management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Forklift: 1 year (Required)
Leadership: 1 year (Required)
High school or equivalent (Required)
Ability to Commute: Cincinnati, OH 45150 (Required)
Preferred
Forklift and skid steer experience preferred
Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)
Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
Skid steer loader: 1 year (Preferred)
