Director/ExecutiveKitson Human Capital Solutions is evaluating the acquisition of a leading distribution and service business in the apparel & embroidery equipment ecosystem. They are seeking a seasoned operator to pressure-test assumptions, validate strategy, and help accelerate value creation post-close.

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner during diligence: market validation, operational risk review, value-creation planning
Post-close potential to transition into a Board seat or Senior Operating Partner role (negotiable)
Support management alignment, go-to-market refinement, and scaling disciplines
Qualification
Required
Senior executive experience (President/COO/VP) in apparel, decorated apparel, or embroidery value chains
Meaningful exposure to international distribution, channel management, and OEM relationships
Proven leadership across operations, supply chain, and aftermarket services
Comfortable moving between board-level strategy and hands-on commercial/operational problem solving
Preferred
Prior PE-backed experience preferred (buy-and-build, integration, pricing, working capital, etc.)
