Responsibilities
Support day-to-day fund accounting and reporting for private equity and private credit vehicles
Partner with external administrators to reconcile NAVs, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and valuations
Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and support audit and tax processes
Work closely with investment, operations, and legal teams throughout the deal lifecycle — from investment to exit
Assist in designing and improving processes, systems, and controls to scale a growing platform
Contribute to automation and technology implementation projects for efficiency and transparency
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of Big 4 public accounting experience OR experience in fund accounting for private equity, private credit, or other closed-end structures
CPA qualification required
Knowledge of capital activity accounting (calls, distributions, waterfalls) and fund-level reporting
Strong technical accounting and Excel skills with keen attention to detail
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, build-focused environment
