Business Development Manager
netPolarity, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for their GOAT robotic lawn mower business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in consumer electronics and experience in dealer development and expansion, focusing on building partnerships with major U.S. retailers.
Responsibilities
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is already in the industry with strong, hands-on expertise
If possible, please also keep an eye out for any open or active candidates in the market
This role is for our GOAT robotic lawn mower business
We’re specifically looking for an industry expert with prior experience at relevant brands, with a strong focus on dealer development and expansion
For the research for the Business Development Manager role, we are also exploring candidates for a US sales leader profile
Attached is the ideal background and experience we are looking for
Ideally, this candidate would be highly familiar with our product categories, including robotic vacuums, robotic lawn mowers, and Winbot, within the broader consumer electronics space
Deep expertise in Consumer Electronics, with proven sales experience across major U.S. retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, Target, Amazon, Sam’s Club, Staples, Office Depot, Home Depot
Strong capability in driving retail performance through data- and fact-based sales drivers, supporting both emerging and established brands
A proven sales leadership approach focused on building long-term, win-win partnerships between brands and retailers
A clear, structured account management methodology, grounded in trust and continuity, with demonstrated success even through frequent buyer changes
Experience leading teams and developing channel and go-to-market strategies that consistently deliver above-market performance
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on expertise in the industry
