They are seeking a detailed-oriented Broker-Client Relations Paralegal to support the Director of Broker and Client Relations by managing client communications and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Field all client communications via phone and email, keeping them apprised of their application and funding process
Reach out to law firms for necessary case documents and other relevant information to finalize funding requests
Deliver timely and accurate funding updates to claimants inquiring about the status of their case
Work closely with brokers and their staff to quickly and accurately review new leads
Central point of collaboration with the Director and internal teams, including but not limited to Underwriting, Operations, and Servicing
Create, submit and qualify leads by collecting essential information and assessing eligibility
Maintain and update client records in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive interactions and addressing inquiries
Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed, contributing to overall operational success

Required

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with clients
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of accurately inputting and updating client information in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues

Preferred

Paralegal certification preferred
1-2 years of experience in the personal injury field
A strong understanding of case management and client relations in a large law firm setting
A desire to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment, where your contributions have a direct and meaningful impact
