Research Scientist

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Temporary Research Scientist to support ongoing biomaterials and tissue engineering research. The role involves designing and fabricating 3D stereolithography-printed hydrogel constructs and executing various biological analyses in a collaborative research environment.

Responsibilities

Performing 3D stereolithography (SLA) printing using customized soft polymer hydrogel materials based on defined extracellular matrix (ECM) blueprints
Preparing and printing hydrogel constructs
Conducting cell culture evaluations of the printed materials under sterile conditions
Performing immunohistochemistry analyses along with other quantitative biological assessments to evaluate material–cell interactions and functional outcomes
