Help Desk Technician

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
Providing technical support to clients
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Maintaining desktop computers and related peripherals
Performing computer repairs as needed
Assisting with help desk inquiries
Resolving technical problems efficiently
Ensuring excellent customer support
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues across various systems and platforms
Experience with desktop computers, computer repair, and maintenance of hardware and software
Strong skills in help desk support, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical challenges
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and adaptability
Preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud networking solutions is a plus
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are preferred
