Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Handle the order to cash process
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
Maintain customer records and update account information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction; collect customer feedback
Qualification
Required
High school diploma is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or customer facing function is required
Prior experience with providing customer support by phone and processing orders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Analytical thinker, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Familiar with the order to cash process is preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP is preferred
