Responsibilities
Empathetically fielding calls from potential new clients and pre-qualifying them before they are scheduled to speak with the Client Intake Manager
Fielding all other calls that come into the firm from existing clients, opposing law firms, expert witnesses, and Judicial Assistants
Accurately entering data into the Firm's CRM system and lead tracking spreadsheets
Qualification
Required
Client-service-oriented
Ability to empathetically field calls from potential new clients
