In this position, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of software, while working on a variety of projects that allow you to develop your skills.

Responsibilities
Writing, testing, debugging, and documenting software code
Supporting the software development lifecycle with research, analysis, and solution implementation
Assisting in process improvement and software development best practices
Analyzing data and applying it to software solutions
Collaborating with team members on projects and technical initiatives
Qualification
Required
Foundational IT skills (Windows support, networking basics, troubleshooting)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to interpret technical instructions and documentation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfort working independently and within a team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus)
Strong math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, ratios, and graphs
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (extended sitting, computer, and phone use)
Preferred
Customer service experience
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Exposure to Generative AI tools
Quick learner with technical aptitude
