Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for complex systems

Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards

Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and environments

Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery

Oversee automation initiatives and optimize testing frameworks for efficiency

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Required

10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

Proven experience managing large-scale testing initiatives and teams

Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Zephyr)

Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred

Experience with performance and security testing tools

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification

ISTQB or similar testing certifications preferred
