Responsibilities
Lead and own critical projects or key workstreams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results
Shape the future by developing and implementing project strategies that align with our bold business objectives
Inspire and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
Communicate with influence — engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping everyone aligned and energized
Anticipate and conquer challenges by identifying risks early and crafting innovative solutions
Champion best practices and share your expertise to elevate project delivery across the organization
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years related work experience
Two years of managing a project
Two years of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience in fund operations (e.g., Fund Accounting, Fund Tax, Fund Treasury) or broader finance background
Familiarity with the larger financial ecosystem is highly desirable
Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change
Certifications like PMP, Prosci, or Agile are highly valued
Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, etc.) is a strong advantage
