Goldco is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail, focusing on providing an outstanding customer experience and assisting with cash liquidations and IRA distributions.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers

Treat customers with care and create an outstanding customer experience

Review and work incoming tickets from the Goldco Sales Team

Assist customers with cash liquidations and IRA distributions

Maintain customer accounts and update contact information

Partner with the Goldco Processing Team to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner

Ensure any necessary paperwork is completed quickly and accurately

Provide updated account valuations to customers

Take ownership of the customer experience and anticipate future questions or needs

Adhere to Goldco policies and procedures

Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of customer service experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

At least one year of precious metals or financial services experience preferred

Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and DocuSign a plus
