Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter Expert for sanctions screening systems and controls
Collaborate with business, technology and operations teams to select, implement and enhance screening solutions
Support the design and execution of system tuning, model validation, and calibration exercises
Advise the business on new product risk assessments, payment flows and customer onboarding from a sanctions perspective
Prepare reports, metrics and dashboards for senior management and regulatory reporting
Conduct impact assessments of new sanctions lists and regulatory updates
Participate in audits, regulatory reviews and risk assessments
Deliver training and advisory to compliance analysts and other stakeholders
Qualification
Required
