Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from prospecting through inquiry, negotiation, order entry, order management, and post-order service

Administer customer contracts and projects: manage contract/project details, status reports, manufacturing schedules, logistics, customer questionnaires, forms, and agreements

Communicate order status and expected delivery dates based on current production schedules

Build and maintain relationships with key customers & distributors across all functions and levels of the organization

Collaborate with departments such as supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processing of orders

Address customer concerns promptly, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks are recorded
