Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy ML models using omics and clinical datasets
Optimize models for real-time performance and large-scale deployment
Implement federated learning and privacy-preserving ML techniques
Collaborate closely with bioinformatics, clinical, and engineering teams
Continuously evaluate and improve model accuracy and robustness
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience applying ML in biomedical, healthcare, or life sciences contexts

Familiarity with data privacy, security, and regulated environments
