Sales Lead

CityOS is seeking a Founding Sales Lead to architect their revenue engine and secure their first 50 partners. The role involves high-velocity inside sales, building a remote sales playbook, and providing market feedback to the Engineering team.

You are the full stack. You will prospect, cold call, email, demo, and close—all remotely

Qualification

Sales ExperienceInside SalesRemote SalesTech FluentSelf-Management

Required

2-4 years of sales experience (SaaS or Hospitality)
Comfortable selling high-ticket value over Zoom and phone
Ability to command attention digitally
Understanding of the landscape (Toast, Shopify, Square, Klaviyo) and can explain how we fit into it without using jargon
Self-disciplined and able to manage oneself remotely

Preferred

Experience selling MarTech, Loyalty, or POS solutions remotely
A track record of closing SMBs (restaurants/retail) via phone/video
