Senior LevelVidorra Consulting Group is focused on laboratory environments and is seeking a Senior Laboratory Informatics Specialist. This role involves maintaining and supporting laboratory IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance and data integrity while interfacing between Informatics and scientific business units.

Responsibilities
Maintain and improve security and stability for the Global Laboratory Environment
Design and implement innovative technologies to meet pro-active business needs in labs
Manage requests, incidents, and problems via ServiceNow ticketing
Provide optimum solutions for Data Handling, Data Archiving, and Data Integrity
Install and maintain laboratory-specific PCs, peripherals, network connections, and communication devices
Execute System Imaging, System Monitoring, and Firewall Management
Fulfill service ownership within assigned towers and support the Regional Lab Support (RLS) service structure
Maintain comprehensive inventories for hardware, software, and network assets
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Laboratory Informatics Systems & Support
Strong proficiency in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Agile methodologies
Extensive experience in Network Connectivity and Laboratory Hardware maintenance
In-depth knowledge of Cloud Computing, Storage, and Network Industry Standards
Ability to manage complex Regulatory Compliance and Data Privacy protocols
Advanced Stakeholder Management and communication skills
Preferred
Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science or Information Technology
Relevant certifications: ITILv3, CompTIA Network+, or SAFe Agile
Experience within pRED Operations or similar pharmaceutical research environments
