Responsibilities
Designing and implementing integration solutions: Connecting multiple software applications to ensure seamless operation and data exchange
Developing and maintaining APIs: Facilitating data exchange between TikTok and other systems
Data Analysis: Applying various analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working with developers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions
Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations: Ensuring continuous operation and resolving any issues that arise
Optimizing integration processes: Improving efficiency and performance
Documenting integration processes: Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation
Staying updated on emerging technologies: Keeping abreast of best practices in application integration
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with TikTok's Ecosystem: A deep understanding of TikTok's platform, algorithms, and APIs (such as the Display API, Content Posting API, and Business API) is vital for effective integration
API Design and Development: Proficiency in developing and maintaining APIs to facilitate communication and data exchange between different systems and platforms, including familiarity with API lifecycle management, versioning, documentation, and security
Programming and Scripting Languages: Knowledge of languages like Java, Python, or SQL for customizing and automating integration processes and data manipulation
Data Integration Platforms and Technologies: Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, data structures, databases, and various integration platforms
System Architecture: A deep understanding of system architecture and how different systems interact and connect is essential for designing robust integration solutions
Database Management: Proficiency in working with databases and SQL for querying and managing data is necessary, as integration often involves data parsing, mapping, and transformation
Networking Knowledge: Understanding network protocols, routers, and switches is important for dealing with the complexity of modern systems and ensuring smooth data flow
Cloud Computing and Architectures: As businesses increasingly rely on cloud-based solutions, expertise in cloud services and architectures is crucial
Problem-solving: The ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues is crucial
