Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

Providing input for the development and implementation of technical training programs that meet customer needs and product requirements
Creating clear and concise instructional materials, including lesson plans, training manuals, and course content
Collaborating with customers, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to gather information and provide input on the development of training programs
Continuously reviewing and providing input on lesson plans and course materials to reflect product updates, new training requirements, and technical changes
Delivering training programs in a clear and confident manner, using technical manuals, military standards, and industry principles

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to work onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility

Preferred

5 years' experience on one of the following platforms: Toyota NSCV (Non-Standard Commercial Vehicle), Polaris MRZR-D + Alphas experience, and GMV 1.1
Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course Certificate
Previous experience supporting FOSOV and GMV 1.1 equipment CONUS/OCONUS
Extensive knowledge of Polaris and Toyota products, and M1288 GMV 1.1
Military experience within Maintenance
