Responsibilities

Support the Call Time Manager by conducting deep-dive research on prospective donors and preparing accurate "Call Sheets" for leadership

Maintain the integrity of the fundraising database (NGP), ensuring all contributions, contact logs, and donor notes are entered with 100% accuracy

Execute daily operational tasks including mail processing, pledge tracking, and donor follow-up correspondence

Assist the Finance Director with the planning and execution of fundraising events, including managing guest lists, tracking RSVPs, and staffing registration tables

Draft and send donor communications, including invitations, thank you notes, and event briefings

Coordinate with external stakeholders (venues, caterers, consultants) to ensure smooth event logistics

Manage the department’s internship program, including hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision of Finance Interns

Create an inclusive and engaging culture for interns, providing them with meaningful feedback and professional development opportunities
