Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate procurement opportunities aligned with strategic, operational, and financial objectives

Lead negotiations and purchasing of goods and services, with a primary focus on technology categories

Partner with internal business clients to ensure purchased goods and services meet requirements

Drive initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership through competitive sourcing and vendor relationships

Execute projects according to approved plans, monitoring progress and resolving variances in timing or quality

Negotiate agreements that maximize supplier capabilities and deliver value to stakeholders

Develop and manage RFx processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI)

Stay informed on industry best practices and implement improvements where appropriate

Leverage third-party market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, business units, legal, vendor management, finance, and suppliers

Collaborate across organizational levels and functions to achieve procurement objectives

Ensure contractual agreements comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Manage purchase order processes to ensure timely delivery of IT items
