Territory Manager
Global Recruiters of Covington (GRN) is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent a premier gift and lifestyle brand. This role focuses on building relationships and partnerships with independent boutiques and specialty retailers to grow the brand through strategic initiatives and engaging events.
Responsibilities
Curate the Market: Identify and nurture partnerships with specialty retailers that align with a premium brand aesthetic. You’ll be the gatekeeper of the brand’s presence in the territory
Drive Brand Momentum: Go beyond the opening order. You will ensure successful sell-through by training retail staff, managing assortments, and providing white-glove service
Create Experiences: Partner with retailers to plan and execute engaging in-store events, from trunk shows to creative activations
Market Presence: Lead the charge at Dallas Gift Shows and regional markets, serving as a true brand ambassador before, during, and after the show
Strategic Growth: Utilize ERP systems and inventory tools to make data-driven decisions that support quick shipments and excellent service levels
Qualification
Required
Proven background in premium gift/lifestyle sales to independent boutiques
You prioritize long-term brand health and thoughtful placement over 'quick wins.'
You love being in the field, training staff, and hosting in-store events to drive engagement
Comfortable managing orders via ERP systems and using digital sales and presentation tools
Willing to travel regionally (with approximately 15-20% overnight stays) to be present for accounts and trade shows
