Responsibilities
Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Lead-Capture-, Qualifizierungs- und Nurturing-Flows für verschiedene Zielsegmente
Verantwortung für skalierbare Lifecycle-Programme entlang des gesamten B2B-Funnels
Implementierung und Optimierung von Lead-Erfassungsprozessen (CTAs, Formulare, Landingpages)
Weiterentwicklung von Lifecycle-Stages und Lead-Scoring-Modellen
Steuerung automatisierter Lead-Routings inkl. CRM-Synchronisation und interner Benachrichtigungen
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Lead-Qualität, Conversion-Rates und Time-to-MQL
Konzeption, Launch und Optimierung skalierbarer Nurture-Programme für SMB- und Enterprise-Segmente
Operative Verantwortung für laufende Kampagnen inkl. QA, Monitoring und Troubleshooting
Definition von Zielsegmenten, Triggern und Workflow-Logiken
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing, Content, ABM und RevOps
Sicherstellung sauberer Tracking- und Attributionsstandards
Management von E-Mail-Consent, Präferenzen, Zustellbarkeit und DSGVO-konformen Prozessen
Qualification
Required
2–5 years practical experience in Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing or CRM, ideally in B2B-SaaS environment
Strong practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (Workflows, Lifecycle-Stages, Lead Scoring, E-Mail, Reporting) or another leading marketing automation tool
Solid understanding of the B2B funnel and lead management
Very structured, execution-focused working style with attention to detail and strong QA discipline
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Basic knowledge of HTML and/or SQL is an advantage
Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
