Assist in all phases of complex commercial litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
Conduct legal research and fact investigation, including discovery and document review
Support internal investigations and government-facing matters
Work directly with clients on case development and strategy
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
3+ years of commercial litigation experience
