Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement: This position will be a 70/30 split of 70% in the field with business development and 30% in the office. Drive one of our on-site company vehicles to and from job sites
Generate new business opportunities through networking events, sponsorships, in-person meetings, lunches, referrals, business product presentations, conventions, etc
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals
Maintain effective client relations and offer exceptional customer service
Online Presence & Marketing: Assist teams in increasing our online profiles like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google Business, ensuring all listings are up-to-date and accurate
Assist and help grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), developing creative and engaging posts to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to both clients and prospects
Community & Event Engagement: Organize and manage company events, including community outreach programs, client appreciation events, and training workshops
Administrative Support & Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales goals, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates, following up with a weekly meeting
Support marketing operations by managing Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and other office tools

Required

Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
A motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for marketing and business growth

Preferred

At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience is preferred
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
Experience with email marketing, client outreach, and event planning is a plus
