Customer Success Representative

They are seeking a Customer Success Representative to manage top corporate accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and case fill excellence while building strong relationships with customers. The role involves order lifecycle management, customer communication, problem resolution, and collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

Manage order lifecycle from entry to delivery, both domestically and internationally
Partner with Supply Chain to reduce shortages, late deliveries, and mitigate OTIF deductions
Ensure adherence to order management policies to maximize efficiency
Develop strong relationships with customers through timely and accurate communication
Handle high-volume requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate account notes
Represent customer interests across Smithfield departments
Address shortages, provide root cause analysis, and execute recovery options
Partner with Transportation to meet truck utilization goals and provide updates to customers
Work with Distribution Centers and Plants to prioritize customers and manage matrix leveling
Promote increased order size, direct plant shipments, and customer programs
Back up team members and assist with work overflow
Manage customer order trackers for visibility on shortages and delivery issues
Host calls with sales, supply chain partners, and customers to resolve issues
Defuse high-pressure situations with a solutions-driven approach

Required

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2+ years' relevant experience, required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to multi-task with many competing day-to-day activities with competing priorities
Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Requires travel, up to 10% of the time

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree, preferred
