Candidates must have:
J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School
Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia or will be taking the bar exam in 2025
At minimum, 1 year of workers' compensation defense law experience or a passion for worker's compensation defense law
The preference for this position is that the associate hired for this position spends 4+ days in the office each week
Opportunities to work remotely may arise once the attorney gains a basic understanding of the firm systems and team processes
