Responsibilities

Design & Development: Assist in creating interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and performance support tools for technical and non-technical audiences
Content Authoring: Develop and publish digital training content using Articulate Rise, or other similar programs
Multimedia Production: Create and edit graphics, animations, and video content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure training is engaging and effective
Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, content team members and business owners to gather content and validate accuracy
Quality Assurance: Review and test learning products to ensure usability, functionality, and brand consistency
Learning Management System (LMS): Assist in uploading, tracking, and maintaining learning content within the LMS
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on instructional technology trends and training innovations

Required

High School Diploma
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Interest or experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus

Preferred

2+ years of instructional design, eLearning development, or related experience
Proficiency with Articulate 360 suite (Storyline & Rise)
