Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Miami area
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and dental clinics
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dental professionals
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry
Fluent English
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel within the Miami area and attend industry events as needed
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Established relationships with dental professionals in Miami is a plus
